Anthony Mendoza
As Director of Recruitment and Talent Management at Hire Talent Resources Anthony oversees all recruiting activities and daily management of the recruiting and sales divisions.
Prior to becoming a part of our team Anthony was a Professional Services Resource Manager for STS Aviation Group in Florida, who specialized in engineering, executive level and technical aerospace staffing. While at STS he managed a team of 8 employees and has overseen all aspects of the recruitment process, including business development and training of recruiting staff and development. He joined STS in 2012 as Technical Engineering Recruiter/Account Manager for STS Engineering Solutions, performing sales and recruitment for the aerospace and manufacturing industries both direct hire and contract level positions. In 2015 he was promoted to Manager of Recruiting/Team Lead – STS Direct Hire, covering the same broad industries, including staff training, monitoring performance and business development. From 2008 to 2012 he worked for Quality Staffing Services as Career Recruiter/Business Development Manager marketing the firm, screening candidates and managing the full recruitment process, which included a period as Human Resources Recruiter/Engineering Recruiting Consultant at PATS Aircraft Systems. He has held various business development roles prior to his recruitment career and continues to work with with both business development and recruitment in his current role.
Tony is also a lacrosse coach for the Martin County Pioneers and the Zip Lacrosse Program Director at I9 Sports Corporation, where he coaches, referees and grows the Lacrosse Programs for 5 to 13-year-olds kids.
Tony has a BS in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University, where he also completed a PHR/SPHR Certificate Course in 2012. He is very familiar with various kinds of up-to-date internet and software tools for gathering qualified candidates to fill open direct hire and contract staffing positions. Tony and his son live in South Florida
